2.Our client’s personal information held by this company covers personal details provided by them to us at the time and point of sale, venue booking, venue use or provided freely for our mailing list or during telephone conversations or visits to our premises.

a)To properly and adequately provide services for our clients, to maintain goodwill and for follow-up business.
b)To identify the client authorizing purchase of our services and products.
